• Proven track record of building high-performance applications
• Experience working with JIRA, Confluence, and other Atlassian tools
• Strong, hands-on experience in Java development (min. 6-7 years of experience)
• Proficient with PostgreSQL or other relational databases
• Experienced in microservice architecture design
• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written), with the ability to take on some business analysis tasks when needed
• Strong analytical approach to problem-solving, especially under high-pressure conditions
• Demonstrates a strong sense of ownership, driving work through the full SDLC – from specification to production support
• A committed team player with a solid understanding of the importance of collaboration in a fast-paced, highly technical environment

 

Nice to have: 

• Experience working in Fixed Income; working knowledge of bonds and futures products
• Familiarity with pricing and/or risk management of Fixed Income instruments
• Knowledge of DevOps tools, such as Ansible and Jenkins
• Hands-on experience with C++ and Python

You will be working on a modern, high-performance trading and risk platform used across fixed income businesses, with direct impact on intraday pricing, risk, and hedge workflows. The project leverages the latest technologies to build responsive, scalable, and low-latency applications within an environment that values technical excellence, collaboration, and global impact.

Hybrid working system in Kraków - 2 days per week from the office in Kraków and 3 days per week remote in Poland
