• 7+ years of professional experience, with 5+ years in Java backend development.
• Strong command of Java 11 or 17, and solid expertise in frameworks like Spring 5/6, Hibernate 5, Spring Batch, Spring Data, Spring Boot.
• Hands-on experience with Continuous Delivery (Jenkins, Maven) and database knowledge (SQL).
• Familiarity with web services and monitoring tools (Logstash, Kibana, ElasticSearch).
• Fluency in English.
