Must have:

• Minimum 5 years of experience with Java 8+,
• Strong knowledge of Spring Boot and Spring MVC,
• Experience with JUnit and test automation,
• Hands-on experience with Hibernate / JPA and SQL databases,
• Good understanding of containerization (Docker),
• Familiarity with microservices architecture,
• Basic knowledge of frontend technologies (React).

Nice to have:

• Experience with Azure Cloud and JBoss,
• Familiarity with Backbone or Marionette,
• Working experience in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban),
• Knowledge of Java 17 or newer versions.

• Take ownership of backend and integration development in a modern microservices environment,
• Design and implement scalable and maintainable code in Java,
• Share best practices and mentor other developers,
• Contribute to architectural discussions and technical decisions,
• Collaborate closely with frontend, QA, and DevOps teams,
• Participate in the evolution of a crucial enterprise-grade application.
