We’re looking for someone who:

• Has at least 3 years of experience in IT recruitment.
• Possesses a strong understanding of the IT market, keeping up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and recruitment tools.
• Is confident with Direct Search - LinkedIn holds no secrets for you!
• Is proactive and self-reliant - can take ownership of tasks, drive their own work, and quickly find the best specialists on the market.
• Has experience working with ATS tools (e.g., Traffit or similar) and knows how to keep everything organized.
• Feels comfortable using modern tools like Canva to create engaging content for employer branding, and ChatGPT to optimize daily work and enhance productivity.
• Enjoys working in a team and is happy to share knowledge.
• Shows creativity at work and is open to innovation.
• Speaks Polish natively and has excellent command of English (C1 level or higher).
• Has a positive attitude and is fully engaged - just like us!
