We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior IT Project Manager who will lead end-to-end delivery of  ServiceNow-based solutions while also serving as the PMO Guild Master, dedicating 50% of their time to fostering excellence within our Project Management community. This dual role is ideal for someone passionate about project execution and community leadership.

,[Project Management area (50%) , Lead the delivery of ServiceNow-based solutions using internal methodologies with agile/scrum elements. , Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget. , Manage project financials including profit and loss. , Monitor progress, perform risk management, and report to management. , Communicate effectively with team members and customers. , Manage project resources and utilization. , Track and analyse project performance and goal completion. , PMO Guild Leadership (50%) Establish and maintain the vision, mission, and objectives of the PMO Guild. , Align guild initiatives with organizational goals and PMO strategies. , Own and enforce methodologies, tools, and best practices in project, program, and agile management. , Define career paths for project managers and support their development. , Lead the ADP lectors group and share updates on PM ADP. , Act as an authority in hiring and promotion processes within the PMO. , Foster open communication and a positive problem-solving culture. , Collaborate with other guild masters and act as an evangelist for the PMO area. ] Requirements: International Project Management, Leadership skills, Stakeholder management, Confluence, Jira, ITIL, Agile methodologies, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Tools: Confluence, GitHub, SharePoint, GitLab, ServiceNow, Agile.
