What you need to have to succeed in this role

• Minimum of 7 years’ experience as a Business / Solution Analyst, gathering requirements and defining IT solutions within projects, experience of financial services (preferably within Wealth Management).
• Strong experience of MS Office (typically; Excel, Visio, PowerPoint) and JIRA/Confluence (or similar).
• Strong experience with writing Use Cases, User Stories and Acceptance Test scenarios OR Strong usability requirements analysis, process maps, UI Mockups, Wire Frames and Prototypes.
• Hands-on attitude for various software delivery process elements if needed (such as testing, direct release preparation).
• Experience with Agile (ideally Scrum or SAFe).
• Strong analytical, documentation and verbal communication skills in English.
• Working knowledge of AWS, databases or other cloud services would be an asset.

Private Banking and Wealth Management IT team is delivering web & mobile projects for supported markets (UK, UAE, Jersey, US). Projects focus is around wealth management capabilities like investment accounts opening journey, fund trading, stocks trading, financial advice journeys, mobile journey.
