• Min. 4 years of experience in IT recruitment for technical positions  
• Practical experience in using different online channels to identify and attract the best candidates  
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to address different candidates personal concerns  
• Familiarity with IT domain terms and technologies  
• Goal-oriented approach and ability to measure and quantify weekly activities  
• Ability to make quick decisions and predict various outcomes  
• Excellent English skills (C1) and Polish (C1)
