Senior GL accountant with French

We are seeking a senior GL Accountant who would be supporting an SSC operating in Prague.

Key responsibilities:

- Actively participates in and leads various ad-hoc projects.

- Regularly reviews balance sheets and profit and loss (P&L) accounts.

- Assists the Senior Manager in creating quarterly balance sheet analytics.

- Reviews monthly account reconciliations.

- Ensures proper reconciliation of accounts.

- Assists team members with queries related to subledgers, analyzes P&L and balance sheet movements, and collaborates with business finance.

- Supports the General Ledger team during monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing processes.

- Collaborates on expense reporting and accruals.

- Actively assists with internal and external audits.

- Assists new team members with accounting training.

Požadavky: - Education in accounting

- At least 4 years of Financial/ Management Accountant exerience

- Knowledge of US GAAP and SOX is an advantage

- Knowledge of all GL processes (balance sheet and P&L with variance analysis)

- Experience within an international environment is an advantage

- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and French

- Knowledge of SAP and Blackline is an advantage
