• Hands-on experience with Now Assist Skills and Agents for intelligent workflow design.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Relevant certifications preferred:

In this role, you will design, implement, and optimize intelligent workflows that enhance automation, decision-making, and user experience.
