• 5+ years of experience in full stack or backend development
  
• Strong Java & Kotlin skills with Spring Boot experience
  
• Good understanding of REST API design and integration
  
• Exposure to frontend frameworks (React/HTML/CSS)
  
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Git
  
• English fluency; German is a plus
