• Experience: 10+ years of progressive finance experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. Prior experience in the professional services, digital en or technology industry is highly desirable.
  
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA, CPA, or CFA preferred.
  
• Skills: Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and leadership skills. Expertise in financial modeling, data analysis, and business intelligence tools.
  
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights for non-financial stakeholders.
  
• Regulatory Knowledge: Deep understanding of financial regulations, accounting standards, and compliance requirements relevant to software engineering or SaaS companies.

As a senior finance team member you will be responsible for shaping the financial strategy, performance, and operational integrity of our software engineering company. This role is a key partner to the CFO, CEO and executive leadership team, ensuring the company’s long-term financial health and supporting rapid growth through sound fiscal management, strategic planning, and operational efficiency.
