Are you passionate about data architecture and BI solutions?

Join a dynamic team working on building a modern enterprise data warehouse that goes beyond traditional DWH — into automation, cloud technologies, and scalable architecture.

• Design and implement robust ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from both SAP and non-SAP systems, ensuring seamless integration across platforms.

• Maintain data consistency and integrity, aligning all data flows with enterprise-wide standards and governance policies.

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, solution architects, and BI/DWH consultants, to translate business requirements into scalable data solutions.

• Participate in Agile/Scrum-driven projects, contributing to sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives while delivering high-quality data solutions in iterative cycles.

• Occasional travel may be required between company branches to support project rollouts, stakeholder meetings, or infrastructure assessments.

• Contribute to the evolution of the company’s data infrastructure, bringing forward innovative ideas and helping shape future strategies for data architecture and analytics.
Co od vás očekáváme
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Business Intelligence (BI) and Data Warehouse (DWH) development, with a strong grasp of architectural principles.

• Advanced proficiency in SQL/T-SQL, with the ability to write complex queries and optimize performance.

• Solid understanding of data modeling techniques, ETL frameworks, and best practices for data integration and transformation.

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.

• Ability to read and understand technical documentation in English, and communicate verbally at a basic professional level.

Nice to Have:

• Experience working with SAP systems, SAP Data Services, Microsoft Azure, or Python for data processing and automation.

• Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to collaboration and problem-solving.
