We are looking for Medior to Senior DevOps Engineers who are proficient in Kubernetes and other core technologies like CI, CD, Terraform, AWS, and Azure. This position offers flexible remote or hybrid work options and involves working on international projects primarily in the Telco and IT sectors.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using GitLab, focusing on efficiency and scalability.
• Manage Kubernetes clusters and implement infrastructure as code with tools like Terraform and ArgoCD.
• Work across multiple projects, ensuring no burnout and continuous learning within a matrix organization.
• Collaborate closely with team members to support deployment and monitoring of cloud-native applications.
• Engage in the development of Kubernetes operators and contribute to automation and integration processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong communication skills in English; German is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, CI/CD, Terraform, AWS, Azure, and other relevant technologies.
• Experience in developing with Go and building Kubernetes operators is highly desirable.
• Eligibility to work in the EU, with a valid work permit or citizenship.
• Ability to think holistically and work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
