  that keeps SLAs honest.
  
• Comfort automating the boring stuff—bash, Python, Groovy, or whatever gets the job

• Strong communicator who can mentor, influence, and occasionally entertain under

Engineering, SRE, and MLOps/AIOps—owning the infrastructure that powers thousands of
