• Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code technologies such as Terraform, Ansible, or Puppet.
• Experience working with monitoring and observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Nagios).

• Strong communication and analytical problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with containers and orchestration platforms (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).

• Exposure to IT service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL) and related platforms (e.g., ServiceNow).

About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Senior DevOps Engineer to support the reliability, automation, and continuous improvement of our infrastructure and operational processes. The person in this role will work closely with engineering and quality teams to ensure smooth delivery pipelines and stable, secure production environments.
