• 5+ years of experience in data engineering or architecture, ideally within Azure environments. 
• Strong hands-on experience with Azure Databricks, Spark (PySpark/Scala), and Delta Lake. 
• Solid understanding of data modeling, ETL/ELT design, and distributed data processing. 
• Familiarity with ADF, Synapse, Azure Data Lake, and DevOps pipelines. 
• Experience with performance tuning, cost optimization, and governance in Databricks. 
• Knowledge of modern data architectures (lakehouse, medallion). 
• Fluent Polish & English and a genuine passion for Data & Analytics.

Role Overview The Databricks Engineer / Architect will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing scalable data and analytics solutions using Azure Databricks. The role involves building robust data pipelines, implementing data governance frameworks, and ensuring the reliability, security, and performance of analytical environments. The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise with a passion for modern data platforms and business value creation through analytics.
