YOUR PROFILE

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field
• 3–5+ years of experience in change management, IT & business transformations, organizational development or project management
• Proven experience with at least one change management framework (e.g., ADKAR, Kotter)
• Experience managing cross-functional change initiatives
• Excellent communication, negotiation and facilitation skills
• Fluent in English (additional languages like German, French or Spanish are a plus)
• Experience in a multinational or matrix organization
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
• Data analysis and interpretation skills with knowledge of data analysis tools (e.g. PowerBI)
• Experience with Project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Trello)

Nice to have:

• Certification: Prosci Change Management, ACMP CCMP, Agile/SAFe, PMP, ITIL
• Background in Lean Six Sigma or Design Thinking
• Knowledge of HR systems, ERP (e.g., SAP), CRM (e.g., Salesforce) or other enterprise platforms
