Your Background  

• You have a degree from university in computer science/engineering or other relevant education.  
• You have 5 years of experience in a senior position.  
• Experience in the .NET technology stack: C#  
• Experience in the C++  
• Experience in Fortran is a plus  
• Experience in RDB, Oracle and or PostgreSQL  
• Good knowledge of the Unit and Integration testing technics and frameworks.  
• Knowledge of non-functional aspects of products like performance and security.  
• Effective team player with excellent communication skills who is eager to learn new things.  
• Excellent English communication skills  

Job Description

The opportunity 

We are looking for a R&D Senior C#,C++ Software Developer to drive innovation and solution development in Grid Automation. In this role you will collaborate with dynamic global technology teams with niche competences and cutting-edge technology. You will be developing the power grids of the future, creating software that is used in crucial infrastructure and real time. The product is designed to have a long life while also being very efficient and secure.

How you’ll make an impact   
 

• Develop state of the art technology for the power grids of the future.  
• Achieving business goals through designing and developing code  
• Working in the areas of general technology stack recommendations, product/solution security, and future solutions architecture  
• Constantly improve our solutions and develop new features.  
• Ensure code quality through reviews. Assuring high code quality through unit tests and adherence to software development best practices like Clean Code, SOLID and code reviews.  
• Work in an agile environment. Improving technical skills and knowledge of the projects business domain.  
• Being a member of a cross-disciplinary team (active participation in team activities that focus on a common goal).
