Senior Business Development Manager (IT Outsource) @ RichBrains
To excel in this role you need:
- 4+ years of experience in sales or business development roles in IT outsourcing and portfolio of resultative initiatives.
- Advanced English – you must be able to communicate fluently with native-speaking leads and international clients.
- Strong knowledge of sales and marketing processes, and ability to manage and improve these processes independently.
- Strong initiative-taker – you don’t wait for instructions, you bring forward strategy and execution plans.
- Hands-on experience with outreach via LinkedIn, email, and other professional networking platforms.
- Familiarity with automation tools, CRM systems, modern business development workflows and understanding of latest trends.
- Familiarity with AI tools and experience with them in day-to-day work.
- Active LinkedIn user with a well-established professional network in the IT outsourcing space.
- Located in the EU with strong regional experience — able to navigate local market dynamics and client expectations effectively.
Alongside the experience mentioned, the following will be considered an asset:
- Knowledge of German language and experience working with DACH market.
- Experience working with 6sense platform.
RichBrains is looking for a proactive and strategic Senior Business Development Manager to take full ownership of outreach initiatives and lead market expansion in IT outsourcing space through creativity, adaptability, and hands-on execution.
