• Have at least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the IT industry;
• Have experience as an observer and are willing to grow into the role of an independent moderator of Product Discovery workshops;
• Have practical experience with the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC);
• Are familiar with PM and BA tools such as JIRA and Confluence;
• Can read and understand basic diagrams (BPMN and/or UML);
• Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, both with clients and product teams;
• Communicate fluently in Polish and English – at least at a C1 level.

Nice to have

• Have experience as a Product Owner

At STX Next, our Business Analysis team is evolving dynamically, driven by a community of passionate and proactive professionals.
