• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Finance, or related field (Master’s is a plus)
• at least 6 years of experience in business analysis or related roles
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies
• Experience in leading requirements gathering and stakeholder management
• Proficiency in tools: Jira, Confluence, Excel, Visio/Lucidchart, SQL
• Ability to write clear user stories, use cases, and functional specifications
• Process modeling (e.g., BPMN, flowcharts)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Knowledge of business operations and KPIs
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC)

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to further drive digital transformation with us - a candidate located in Wrocław who can operate in a hybrid work model. At the beginning, near-daily office attendance will be necessary to ensure smooth onboarding and collaboration.  
Together with the team, you will be responsible for the planning, development and ongoing enhancement of one or more product solutions from concept through launch to overall success.

,[Conduct workshops, interviews, and meetings with stakeholders to elicit business needs., Analyze and document business requirements, processes, and systems., Translate business needs into functional and non-functional requirements., Map and analyze current ("as-is") business processes., Identify inefficiencies, pain points, or improvement opportunities., Design improved ("to-be") processes and support change implementation., Act as the main liaison between business stakeholders, development teams, and other departments., Manage expectations and ensure alignment between business goals and delivered solutions., Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders., Work closely with product owners, UX designers, architects, and developers to shape the solution., Validate proposed solutions against business needs., Participate in the design and prototyping phases to ensure business alignment., Analyze data to support business cases, identify trends, and inform decisions., Support KPIs and reporting initiatives., Collaborate with project managers to ensure deliverables meet business needs., Assist with prioritization, sprint planning, and backlog grooming (Agile/Scrum)., Support testing (e.g., UAT) and ensure solutions meet acceptance criteria.] Requirements: Agile, Jira, Confluence, SQL, BPMN, SDLC, Industry knowledge, Leadership or mentoring experience Tools: Jira, Agile.
