• At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• English level C1; excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and active listening.
• Expert knowledge of Business Analysis areas and techniques, including requirements elicitation, use cases, process modeling, and workshops.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills; ability to challenge requirements and processes constructively.
• Practical knowledge of system/application usability and reporting platforms.
• Ability to define and manage project scope, releases, and sprints.
• Experience with requirements definition techniques (user stories, acceptance criteria, scenarios) and analytical artifacts (process mapping, modeling, data dictionaries, business rules).
• Translating requirements into precise specifications and high-quality documentation.
• Understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies, Scrum framework, and requirements lifecycle management.
• Experience in workshop facilitation (Design Thinking, Design Sprints) and collaboration with UX specialists.
• Ability to plan, organize, and estimate tasks, working independently and in a team.
• Leadership skills: coordinating work, training team members, and managing 2–3 projects in parallel.
• Understanding customer experience, prototyping, and basic wireframing.

,[Support the development of a unified strategy for Operational Reporting across studies, countries, and portfolios (Therapeutic Area, Disease Area, Program)., Identify and document all necessary changes to data sources and systems to support a collaborative reporting model., Support the drafting of a strategy for reporting delivery mechanisms (tools), including the design of reports, dashboards, and integrations., Create a matrix for access, provisioning, and maintenance mechanisms to establish clear guardrails for data access., Develop and implement a plan for these access controls where appropriate., Support the facilitation of an effort to align and deliver a standardized, automated set of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) across study, country, and portfolio levels., Ensure these KPIs are aligned with the proposed metrics for Contract Research Organization (CRO) oversight., Collaborate with RBQM (Risk-Based Quality Management) teams to define and integrate quality data KPIs into our reporting platforms (e.g., TAPortal)., Document the requirements and scope of proposed necessary changes to existing views and dashboards based on evolving business roles (e.g., focusing on site engagement)., Document gaps in our current reporting ecosystem based on identified reporting and system requirements.
