Senior Big Data Engineer @ Matrix Global Services

Remote

  • At least 2 years’ experience with Java
  • Experience in building, optimizing, and maintaining large-scale big data pipelines using popular open-source frameworks (Kafka, Spark, Hive, Presto, Airflow, etc)
  • Experience with SQL/NoSQL/key value DBs
  • Hands-on experience in Spring, Sprint Boot
  • Experience with AWS cloud services
  • such as EMR, Aurora, Snowflake, S3, Athena, Glue – advantage
  • Hands-on experience developing over CI/CD/Microservices/Docker/Kubernetes
  • Team player and can-do attitude

They are looking for a strong and passionate Senior Big Data Engineer who will help us build the data platform and data frameworks for the company to support analytics and reports, machine learning algorithms, and other data needs.
