We are a trusted AI order taker for drive-thrus, built to work at scale. Our system is made for busy quick-service restaurants and helps them give faster, more accurate service. Today, we complete over 93% of orders with 96% accuracy, even during high volumes.

About the Role

Our backend is built in Python and runs in the cloud on Kubernetes. It is not a normal backend with just a web UI - it handles audio in real time and connects with many third-party services. Because of the speed and challenges of startup life, each team member has big chances to grow and take ownership.

In this role, you will:

• Design and build flexible conversation pipelines for order-taking.
• Work with ML engineers to bring Generative AI pipelines into production.
• Investigate and fix AI performance issues in production.
• Debug complex conversational flows.
• Maintain data analysis pipelines and tools.
• Build and support test infrastructure to keep AI systems stable and accurate.

Qualifications

• BSc in Software Development or similar experience.
• 5+ years working with Python.
• Strong backend and architecture skills.
