• 5+ years of experience as a back-end developer
• Solid expertise in Java and the Spring Boot ecosystem, including Spring Security and Spring Session
• Experience designing and implementing REST APIs and microservices
• Familiarity with SQL databases (NoSQL is a plus)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Fluent English (C1 level) – youll work with international teams
• Flexibility to work on Sundays and holidays, aligning with client working hours (Sunday–Thursday workweek in Saudi Arabia).

⭐ Nice to Have: 

• Knowledge of Keycloak, Elasticsearch, Kafka
• Experience with banking/fintech projects
• Previous exposure to working with Middle Eastern clients or in multicultural environments
• Leadership skills or team mentorship experience

Technologies used to include Spring Boot and related Java frameworks.

• One-week onboarding trip within your first month  
• Regular design sprints and workshops in Saudi Arabia with client stakeholders

• Time zone: Some overlap with KSA (UTC+3); Sunday–Thursday workweek on client side
