What We’re Looking For:

• 10+ years of experience in Android development
• Knowledge in Swift is a must (being able to read and understand existing codebase)
• Strong proficiency in Kotlin and proven experiences in software architecture
• Experience with RESTful APIs, third-party libraries, and working with cloud-based services (e.g., Firebase, Google Cloud Platform).
• Knowledge of basic AI is a plus.
• Familiarity with version control systems (Github).
• Ability to work in an agile environment
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work highly autonomously

Nice to Have:

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Previous experience working in a startup environment

Your role:

As a Senior Android Developer you will be working closely with our Tech lead and Chief Tech and Product Officer to start from scratch an Android version of our main application (Lilia). Lilia is an application that helps families support elderly loved ones affected or at risk of dementia by turning their daily messages into personalized psychotherapies boosted by AI that foster emotional & cognitive wellbeing. Lilia has been developed on iOS/Swift and you will have the chance to design and develop the Android version of Lilia : as the main Android developer  of Lilia you will be involved in all aspects of this new platform.

,[Develop and maintain an Android version of Lilia with a focus on performance and usability, Collaborate with cross-functional colleagues to define, design, and develop the new architecture of Lilia based on the existing iOS version, Write clean, maintainable, and testable code, following best practices, Debug and resolve issues, ensuring high-quality and stable releases, Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and shared knowledge, Manage CI/CD pipeline and release deployments, Manage PlayStore releases, Stay up-to-date with the latest Android development trends and technologies] Requirements: Android, iOS Tools: GitHub, GIT, Agile.
