• 5+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics engineering, or a similar role,
• proven experience with Google BigQuery and Looker (LookML) in a production environment,
• strong SQL skills and experience with data modeling best practices (e.g., star/snowflake schemas),
• familiarity with dbt or similar transformation tools,
• strong understanding of data governance, lineage, and documentation,
• excellent communication and stakeholder management skills,
• proven ability to mentor junior engineers, fostering growth and technical excellence,
• excellent communication and storytelling skills, able to explain data insights to non-technical audiences,
• passion for data governance, security, and best practices in enterprise analytics,
• good verbal and written communication skills in English.

Work from EU and a work permit to work from EU are required.

About Project

We are seeking a Senior Analytics Engineer to lead the data migration of Transportation Management System (TMS) to Google Big Query and build scalable, insightful data models and dashboards using Looker. This role is critical in modernizing data infrastructure and enabling data-driven decision-making across logistics and operations.
