What You Bring?

We’re looking for Scrum Masters who are both facilitators and enablers, bringing out the best in their teams:

• 2+ years of experience in the role of Scrum Master
• Proven background in working with software development teams
• Solid understanding of Scrum and Agile frameworks
• Ability to solve problems, manage team dynamics, and handle uncertainty
• Excellent English communication skills (minimum B2 level)
