• Proven technical expertise in an IT role with good knowledge of crisis response and recovery.
• End to end systems architecture knowledge as well as knowledge of DevOps principles for efficient delivery.
• Infrastructure design and architecture, with knowledge on Linux, MQ, Oracle, Mongo, and Cloud technologies.
• Management of Risk (Operational Risk / FIM requirements).

We are currently seeking an experienced individual to join this team in the role of Scrum Master for the Cloud SRE Pod, based out of Poland (Krakow). Your role will be key in facilitating agile processes and ensuring the efficient delivery of infrastructure initiatives and products, aligning with the strategic objectives of iWPB Digital Platforms and delivering value to our retail banking customers. You will work closely with our delivery and engineering teams, as well as our colleagues in ITID, to support the delivery of world-class service across 300+ Digital Banking services globally.
