The Essentials We’re Seeking

• A minimum of 4+ years of practical experience as a Scrum Master in Agile product teams. 
• Methodological experience in implementing Scrum within SAP environments. 
• The ideal candidates should possess specific experience in supporting teams in S/4HANA transformations and/or Agile delivery in SAP contexts. 
• Candidates should demonstrate excellent collaboration skills and experience with distributed products. 
• Strong collaboration and effective communication skills. 
• The ability to customize Scrum and Agile frameworks to suit specific project needs. 
• Proficiency in using collaboration or issue-tracking tools like Jira, Confluence, etc. 
• Proficiency in English at a minimum C1 level, facilitating collaboration with international clients and teams. 
• Formal Scrum or Agile certifications are a bonus but not mandatory. 

Nice-to-haves

• A-CSM or PSM II certification. 
• Agile framework certification (SAFe, LeSS, Nexus, etc.) or equivalent. 
• Proficiency in German.

Unfolding Your Next Role

As a Scrum Master, you will join a team delivering solutions for our German client in the construction and logistics industry. You will have the opportunity to collaborate in an English-speaking, cross-product team of several Scrum Masters to promote an Agile work model, streamline processes in multi-project environments, and remove obstacles that may arise for the product team.

The engagement is scheduled from mid-September to the end of January, with the possibility of extension. We are looking for Scrum Masters who are comfortable operating in an SAP environment.
