Scrum Designer - Product R&D Team

We’re seeking an experienced Scrum Designer (consultant) to support our international Product R&D teams (15-20 engineers, up to 3 squads). You’ll guide teams on their agile journey, fostering autonomy, collaboration, and continuous delivery. This is an initial 6-month engagement, with the possibility of extension based on project needs and mutual agreement.

  Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Engineering Leads and Product Owners on backlog, planning, and team performance, not looking for a Scrum strategist, but rather a practical guide.

  What We’re Looking For

• Former hands-on software engineer who has progressed into an engineering leadership or agile role.
• Strong experience in product development.
• Proven Scrum Master/Agile Coach experience.

  Nice to Have

• Background in startup or high-growth product teams.
• Experience with middle-ware product environment.
• Familiarity with modern engineering practices (TDD, CI/CD).
