Proficient level of written and spoken English & Polish language including scientific and informatics related terminology.

Ability to work in PL & San Francisco time zone (afternoon & evening meetings are a prerequisite for cooperation with LAMA users in laboratory)

Proven successful experience in taking responsibility for a specific application’s future.

At least 5-years of experience of requirements gathering, backlog management & feature design for LIMS.

In a long term - we are searching for a senior, self-reliant candidate for Product Ownership, motivated and able to take the lead of a very complex project.

Must have Biology/Biotechnology knowledge:

• Cloning, PCR
• Sequencing and alignment
• Protein purification (SEC, Affinity chromatography, other)
• Protein analysis: SDS page and gel analysis tools, protein activity assays, concentration measurement, mass spectrometry, biacore
• Antibody discovery platforms (phage display, hybridoma, cell cloning)
• FACS, ELISA
• Cellular assays

We are looking for an experienced Scientific Business Analyst to join a global pharmaceutical project focused on the development and maintenance of LIMS (Laboratory Information Management Systems). This role combines life sciences expertise with business analysis and IT skills, acting as a bridge between scientists, business stakeholders, and IT teams. You will play a key role in gathering requirements, translating them into technical specifications, supporting Product Owner activities, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions for laboratory users.
