  • Experience in delivering change impact assessments against a global template, identifying gaps in skills, knowledge, business impacts that the global template will bring to the local market 
  • Experience in persona based change approach and application in large scale programmes 
  • Experience in large-scale transformation programs 
  • Understanding of local business and relationships with global functions 
  • Cultural awareness and experience working in multi-cultural teams 
  • Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills 
  • Ability to work with ambiguity and adapt to changing priorities 
  • Collaboration and stakeholder engagement 
  • Ability to operate in a complex environment with multiple workstreams
