- Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related discipline
- At least 5 years of practical experience in SAP HR/HCM configuration and support (ECC on-premise)
- Strong knowledge of HR processes including payroll and time management
- Hands-on experience in at least one end-to-end SAP HR implementation
- Previous involvement in SAP SuccessFactors projects (implementation, integration, or data migration) is highly beneficial
- Good understanding of HR authorizations, data protection, and system security
- Familiarity with SAP HCM integration points (FI/CO, PP/PE, MM)
- Experience with HR reporting tools such as SAP Query or ABAP-based reports
- Excellent analytical skills and a structured, detail-oriented approach
- Fluency in English; German language skills are an advantage
