• A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
• Extensive experience with SAP HCM Payroll and German payroll processes
• Knowledge of basic German payroll schema and its customizing
• Experience or extensive knowledge in pension, “Langezeitkonto” is desired
• Strong technical skills in ABAP code analysis and troubleshooting
• Experience with time management is desired
• Compensation-related skills are a plus
• Experience with SAP S4 Hana upgrade of the payroll system is a plus
• Willlingness to travel (once a quarter)
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to generate and interpret data reports
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with various stakeholders

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and maintaining our compensation and payroll programs to ensure they are competitive, equitable, and aligned with our business objectives.
