SAP Field Service Management with S/4H Service Consultant @ delaware Consulting Hungary Kft.

  • Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in application support, with a focus on SAP Field Service Management integrated with CS/PM and/or S/4HANA Service, either at the end of a project or after handover from a project team (not only handling incidents but also providing advice on queries from customers)
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in proaxia FSM Cloud Connector
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Stakeholder Management: maintain strong relationships with clients and other stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices.
  • Knowledgeable in iTSM tool (ServiceNow or similar) for ticket management.

Preferred Skills:

  • SAP certification in FSM and PM modules.
  • Experience in S4 HANA Service
  • Experience in SAP Customer Service
  • Knowledge of SAP integration tools (OData services, SAP CPI)
