SAN Monitoring SME @ Mindbox S.A.
- Hands-on experience with enterprise block storage platforms: Dell EMC (PMAX, VMAX), Pure Storage, Brocade, Cisco MDS, HPE 3PAR/Nimble
- Strong understanding of: SAN architecture, zoning, SRDF, TimeFinder, Fiber Channel, low-level storage performance signals and telemetry
- Familiarity with Linux/Windows environments and scripting (Shell, Python, Puppet)
- Understanding of how to translate storage events into telemetry data
- Experience with OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Grafana, or similar tools
- Familiarity with VMware datastore provisioning
- Experience working in Agile environments
- Knowledge of telemetry exporters and kernel/user-space probes
We’re looking for a highly skilled SAN/Block Storage Engineer to join a global storage observability initiative within a major enterprise environment. Your role will focus on integrating deep storage expertise into modern observability platforms using OpenTelemetry standards.
You will work closely with DevOps and platform engineering teams to help design, monitor and improve SAN and block storage systems across the enterprise, ensuring high visibility into storage-related events and performance.
Hybrid working system in Kraków - 2 days per week on-site and 3 days per week remote
