• Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills
• Experience in data management, data governance, or related roles
• Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce ) 
• Proven experience implementing data governance frameworks and data quality controls
• Understanding of compliance standards
• Proficiency in reporting and dashboard building
• Strong communication skills, able to work with both technical teams and business stakeholders
• Fluency in both Polish and English languages is a must
• Location- Warsaw or nearby ( 2 days a week working from Warsaw office)

Adlook is looking for a Salesforce Data Governance Manager/Analyst to own and scale our Salesforce data strategy. In this role, you’ll ensure data quality, security, and compliance across the platform, while partnering with business and technical teams to establish best practices in data management.
