What we are looking for: 

• 3-5 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst/Consultant with a focus on Salesforce and CRM platforms.
• Hands-on consulting experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to collaborate with all levels across the organization.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Solid understanding of at least one of the following CRM processes: Sales, Customer Service, Marketing.
• Analytical mindset with a process-driven approach.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• University degree from a recognized institution.

It is a plus if you have:

• Previous experience as a CRM Manager/CRM Consultant/BA/Process Organizer/System Organizer.
• Knowledge of leading CRM systems.
• Hands-on experience in Sales, Customer Service, Trade, and Marketing operations.
• Participated in software implementation projects.
• Relevant Salesforce experience, knowledge and certifications.
• Experience in working on international projects.
• Proficiency in German.
