• Min 4 years of experience in Salesforce development  
• Strong proficiency in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and SOQL/SOSL  
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems (APIs, middleware)  
• Familiarity with Salesforce configuration (flows, approvals, validation rules)  
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or similar)  
• Good understanding of Salesforce security model (profiles, permission sets, sharing rules)  
• Strong communication skills in English (B2+/C1), experience in working with international teams
