• Fluency in English (written and spoken) — German or other European languages are a plus.

Desirable (but not essential) experience

• Experience with cold calling, sales development, or telemarketing.
• Familiarity with CRM tools (Pipedrive) and sales intelligence platforms (Apollo, Sales Nav, etc).
• Background in B2B sales, cybersecurity, SaaS, or IT services.
• Understanding of buyer personas, ICPs, and outbound prospecting strategy.
