Sales Development Intern @ Boldare
- Fluent, high-level English proficiency – absolutely essential; you’ll be using it every day in spoken and written communication with international leads,
- Genuine curiosity or understanding of complex service-based offerings – this is not a simple product sale with a quick transaction and small volume; you’ll be helping clients navigate tailored, high-impact digital solutions,
- High personal culture and language awareness – you know when casual language or slang helps build rapport, and when professionalism is key,
- Proactive attitude – you’re not afraid to act and make decisions,
- Natural curiosity about people and business – a genuine interest in understanding client needs,
- Ability to organize your own work and prioritize tasks effectively,
- High energy, positivity, and readiness to engage with clients,
- Ability to stay focused and efficient under time pressure,
- Resilience to rejection – ability to stay positive and motivated even when some leads don’t work out,
- Ability to set healthy boundaries – knowing when to move the client forward without unnecessary delays,
- Willingness to work as part of a team while taking ownership of your tasks,
- Open-mindedness and a strong drive to develop skills in sales and business communication,
- Fluency in Polish (B2+),
- Knowledge of business etiquette and how to handle initial client conversations professionally.
