• Demonstrated experience testing React frontends and Typescript/Node.js backends
• Github / portfolio showing previous test automation projects; nice to have

Skills

Proficiency Level: Extensive

• End-to-end testing frameworks (we use playwright)
• Unit/integration testing tools (Vitest, Jest, Mocha).
• Typescript and Javascript fundamentals.
• CI/CD pipeline integration for automated testing.
• Git version control in multi-developer teams.

Proficiency Level: Working

• REST and GraphQL API testing.
• Database validation and test data management (PostgreSQL, SQLite).
• Cross-browser/device testing and responsive validation.
• Experience with Dockerized test environments.
• Performance/load testing tools (we like k6).

Proficiency Level: Optional

• Exposure to other programming languages (Python, Go).

We’re a US-based company looking for a Remote Mid/Senior Test Engineer to lead our efforts in ensuring high-quality user experiences across our ecosystem. You’ll focus on building and maintaining end-to-end (E2E) testing frameworks for React-based frontends and Typescript/Node.js backends. This role combines technical depth, automation expertise, and a passion for quality engineering.
