• Vast knowledge of OOP paradigms, design patterns, and other software development practices
• Enthusiastic about learning and sharing knowledge about new technologies and the financial industry
• Ability to find solutions and propose architecture using: DDD, EventSourcing, CQRS, Reactive Programming
• Experience in taking part in the full development lifecycle, from design discussions and planning to implementation and production deployment
• Knowledge of the following technologies: Java 17/21, Kotlin, Spring Framework, Microsoft Sql Server, Apache Kafka, Redis, MongoDB, ElasticSearch

As a team leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the architecture of solutions and domains managed by your team. You will ensure the successful delivery of projects by effectively managing people, and promoting good programming practices, processes, and design patterns. You will work closely with the Product Owner and be responsible for the development and well-being of your team members, which includes developers, automated testers, and analyst
