• At least 3 years of professional experience as a Back-end Developer with Node.js technology in ecommerce
• Advanced knowledge of version control systems, particularly Git
• Extensive practical experience with cloud-based solutions (AWS preferred)
• In-depth experience working with databases, especially MySQL and PostgreSQL
• Mastery of Node.js and related libraries and frameworks (e.g., Nest.js)

Soft Skills:

• Collaborative mindset: We work as a team. Sharing knowledge and seeking feedback should be second nature to you.
• Problem-solving: Hiccups happen. How you address them matters.
• Clear communication: Can you simplify complex tech jargon for clients or non-tech teammates or clients?
• Adaptive Thinking: Tech environments are dynamic. Can you adjust your strategies based on new data or unexpected challenges?
• Proactive Anticipation: Spotting potential roadblocks ahead of time and devising solutions can save a lot of time and resources.

Nice-to-have:

• Experience with e-commerce systems, particularly Medusa.js
• Familiarity with front-end technologies like React/Next.js
