RELIABILITY ENGINEER - JUNIOR (50 - 60.000 Kč)

Are you a tech-savvy problem-solver eager to dive into the world of industrial reliability? We’re looking for a Junior Reliability Engineer to join team. You’ll be supporting two seasoned engineers as they enhance maintenance strategies across industrial sites in the Czech Republic.

Temporary Role (to 30/06/2026, with the possibility of extension)

PRACOVNÍ NÁPLŇ

• Teaming up with senior engineers to optimize maintenance routines and bring in predictive maintenance technologies
• Keeping technical documentation and asset records up-to-date and organized
• Assisting in criticality assessments to prioritize maintenance tasks
• Taking part in FMEA workshops to evaluate failure risks
• Collecting and analyzing data related to component wear and reliability
• Helping draft technical procedures and develop structured maintenance plans
• Supporting training logistics and coordination for technical sessions

CO POŽADUJEME?

• A Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or a similar qualification
• A strong interest in industrial systems and maintenance technologies
• Willingness to learn and grow under the guidance of experienced engineers
• A collaborative mindset with a proactive attitude
• Solid analytical skills and a hands-on approach to problem-solving
• Fluency in Czech, with a very good command of English
• Confidence in following expert direction and contributing to team efforts
