As a Regional Sales Manager, you will have a real impact on the development of the subordinate region and the team working in it by:

• Development of subordinate employees, recruitment, development, motivation and daily support of Store Managers in the region.
• Responsibility for maintaining and improving operational and merchandising standards in stores.
• Managing the sales budget, costs and efficiency in the subordinate region (analysis, drawing conclusions and action plans).
• Close cooperation with other departments in terms of implementing improvements and initiatives.

In this position, we expect that, in addition to adaptability and quick decision-making, you will work closely with the team, which is why we invite candidates who:

• Has experience in managing a region or a multi-format store and a large team in the retail sector.
• Experience in building teams through recruitment, implementation, training and motivating team members.
• Able to analyze sales results, draw conclusions and achieve the best sales results.
• Has a driving license and is willing to travel frequently on business trips.
• Communicates very well in English (work in an international team).
