What You’ll Do:

- Coordinate and schedule interviews, phone screens, and candidate travel.

- Manage candidate records in recruiting systems and ensure data accuracy.

- Serve as a point of contact for candidates during the interview process.

- Provide timely updates and follow-ups to candidates and hiring managers.

- Track recruiting activities and generate candidate status reports.

- Organize post-interview debrief meetings and prepare related materials.

- Collaborate with recruiters to improve candidate experience and scheduling efficiency.

Start: asap

Contract for 6 months with possibility of extension

Požadavky: - Fluent English and Polish

- Good command of MS Office
