QA Lead @ Motorola Solutions Systems Polska

• Bachelors degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven experience in a software quality assurance role, with a strong focus on test automation. (3+ years)
• Hands-on experience writing automated tests using Python (experience with Roboto Framework is a strong plus) or another object-oriented scripting language.
• Practical experience in applying AI/ML tools to address real-world testing challenges, such as automated test generation.
• Proficiency in both manual and automated testing methodologies for desktop and web applications.
• Exceptional analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Experience with hardware (PCs, servers), Windows operating systems, and virtualization setups.
• Knowledge of network configuration, particularly in a laboratory environment.
• ISTQB certification or a similar qualification
• Availability to work at least 3 days in the office

Nice-to-Have Requirements:

• Familiarity with test management tools, specifically TestRail.
• Knowledge of Atlassian tools.
• Experience with Continuous Integration (CI) systems, such as Jenkins.
• Knowledge of the Page Object Model (POM) design pattern for test automation.
• Experience with specialised hardware, such as phones, radio telephones or similar devices.

You will be a technical leader who will ensure our products meets high quality standards, and plan road for automation of current environment with help of AI/ML tools.
