What You Will Bring to the Role

• 3+ years’ experience as a QA Lead within an agile Software Development team, with relevant industry certification and experience in both automated and manual testing.
• 3+ years’ experience designing automated and manual testing for web applications and REST APIs.
• Direct experience developing processes for, and conducting, performance testing.
• Experience defining and driving the adoption of automated and manual testing best practices.
• Demonstrable experience leading technical teams and delivering strategic objectives.
• Experience managing stakeholders and developing relationships with other teams.
• Competency in Microsoft Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint for data analysis and presentation.
• Familiarity with Agile software development and DevSecOps delivery processes (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, GIT).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, including experience managing workshops and writing best practice documentation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-focused environment with a proven track record of delivering results.
• Willingness to continuously learn and share knowledge.

,[Report to the Head of Cyber Engineering Enablement., Lead the establishment and development of a Professional Testing Practice, driving improvements across all facets of testing in Cybersecurity., Work closely with stakeholders including Cybersecurity project teams, Control Owners, and the business., Define and deliver the Testing Strategy and standards, including frameworks, processes, methodologies, and tooling., Drive the adoption of automated test practices and assist teams in determining appropriate performance and stress testing., Lead process management, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives., Manage a team of QA engineers, delivering testing consultancy and ensuring compliance., Identify and raise key issues and risks associated with testing, define mitigating actions, and oversee resolution., Provide training for Testing Practice members and QA professionals, and monitor tool adoption., Provide standards and guidance for testing evidence suitable for audit review in a regulated environment., Establish a Cyber QA community of practice and build relationships with similar communities in other business lines.] Requirements: QA, Testing, Web applications, Manual Testing, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, Data analysis, Jira, Confluence, Git Additionally: Sport subscription, Private healthcare, International projects, Free coffee.
